This is by far the best restaurant in Squamish. We've been here five times and each time we've been thoroughly impressed. The quality and presentation of the food is fantastic, the space is inviting and beautiful, and the service is great. And both their wine and cocktail lists are well curated. It's a wonderful place for a date night, but we've also taken our 5 year old daughter and she loves it, too. It's the only place in Squamish that's worthy of dressing up for a night out.
We had a great time during our company's Christmas Dinner Party. Chef Richard has prepared a delicious 5 course meal and we enjoyed every bite. As a bus small business owner myself, I appreciate how Kelly and her team took care of all the details in advance, food and drink menus, a gold leaf special request for desert, photographer. The cocktails at Cordelia’s are great. They have an excellent variety, probably the best in Squamish, and are original. It's great to have such a selection of good cocktails close to home. All tables, or almost all, have a fantastic view of the Chief. It's a great “drinks with a view” spot. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing, and the quality didn't match the price. The duck confit was very dry, and it seems like it was cooked and reheated 2 or 3 times. The braised short rib was good though. It had a good balance of flavours and was not overly rich in flavour. Next time I'll order it again. One of the other tables ordered a charcuterie board, which looked amazing. If you check out Cordelia’s, consider ordering the charcuterie board. It looks really great.
An exceptional experience in a beautiful setting. Food is amazing, with plenty of different items to please everyone's tastes. The cocktail menu also delivers in every aspect. The vibe and aesthetic is extremely inviting as well as the staff. The owners take the time to make you feel welcome and it was very obvious they take the time to support their staff when needed. I would definitely recommend!!!
By far my favourite restaurant to take visiting friends and my lady in Squamish! We've been big fans of Kelly with Gillespie's and the Booze Witch and everything she does is top notch. Cordelia's Locket has the best vibe for upscale casual. Something that has been a little lacking in town. It's a quaint, fun spot with some excellent dishes. Great wine list, undoubtedly top notch cocktails but also one of the pricier options in town. I always have a blast here for dinner. But I always order a little too much vino.
Had the best cocktail's here with a friend the other night. Almost to beautiful too drink! Amazing choices, all top drawer. Lovely customer experience, even though they were super busy, we were seated right away on their magnificent patio to some of the best seats in the house, our server was friendly, and helpful too. Most definitely will go again.
Every visit was a big disappointment. I spent a lot of money and from start to finish it was not a good experience l. The food was poorly cooked and took a very long time. Some of our food never came and we had to ask them to take it off the bill. And the food wasn’t even yum, considering the prices. The tartar tasted like dog food for real. The server said they were the owner, the didn’t seem to care when our food didn’t show up or our cocktails were incredibly delayed. Canada is known for good service and all we got was attitude. Really disappointing. We were then promoted for a 25% tip even though it was obvious we were very disappointed. But the view is great.. and I wanted to give them benefit of the doubt .. but no
Love Cordelia's Locket! Excellent, clean food. Can't go wrong with anything from the grill. Delicious cocktail menu. Super kind staff and great service. The dog friendly patio looks out at the The Chief. Stunning. WOW! Best location in Squamish. I highly recommend.
Hands down the best food in town! Their menu offers gastronomic options and amazing wine pairing. The view on the Chief is beautiful. It's the perfect place for a date night or a night out with friends. They also have the best wine options in the area in my opinion and the service is flawless! Try it out!
This is a great place for a drink and snack while catching up with friends. Beautiful views and a big patio space. Lots of options on the wine list. I like that they have a 3oz size, so you can try a few different ones if you want. The menu changes a bit, so you’ve got to go prepared to go with the flow, and see what’s new : I had the beef tenderloin tip skewers from the grill - they were delish.
