They sell Speed Queen washers, knowing that this product when using the econo cycle, there is a soap accumulation causing drain pipe bubbling , resulting in mould and water damage. They, Speed Queen, the authorised repair people, all know about this but did nothing to correct the situation, considering the problem to be improper user utilisation. With no alternative repair procedure, like fools we decided to by another washer from them, only to find them overcharging us by some two hundred dollars compared to large surface hardware stores. After being confronted they matched price.I let you the reader judge their integrity.
I am putting this review for the service, not the products themselves. Those, time will tell. The seller we dealt with, Guy Junior Lehoux, was excellent in every facet. He understood our needs and led us to the products that best served those needs. He answered every question thoroughly, and was very patient with my multiple follow-up phone calls. Well done!
