Cora

The Food was ok. My first experience in Canada all the way in Montreal Quebec was Cora. Compare to the overall standard in food, in this location was not quite satisfactory. I wanted to give the same amazing experience I had in Montreal, I think I could offer to my wife at this location in Calgary at 130 Ave. The service was outstanding. But the quality of food could be more improved for sure please......

Excellent service, food was delicious, fruit fresh, meals actually look like the picture on the menu. Portion sizes are better than most other places. Cost per meal on par for todays economy. Our server Brenda...fab!

Wonderful spot with the most lovely staff. Very friendly and so eager to help. Food is always great! Fresh and delicious but some of their portions pack a serious appetite go for a serious walk before hand so you eat it all up :.

I think the quality at Cora overall, not just this location, has decreased over the years. The food we had most recently was pretty average, and the lattes left something to be desired. Certainly, none of it was memorable. That being said, the picky 10-year-old with us loved his meal. So there’s that.

We’ve gone for brunch several times early on Sunday, we’ve had the same server nearly every time. Shaun was incredibly friendly, efficient and our kids thought he was hilarious. He always gives them a balloon and it’s the highlight of their breakfast. The other servers are wonderful, always on too of clearing plates, refilling coffee and checking in on our table. The food is consistently delicious, considering this is a chain restaurant, it’s been a great experience for our family every time.

Extremely overcrowded, the server was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. She was way too busy managing a huge section. Perhaps someone called in sick. She did her very best and we exercised kindness as this was out of her control. It took a very long time to get our food and it was lukewarm at best.Food: 1/5

Terrible. The food was just okay, the service was atrocious. We waited a long time for a table as the person clearing and wiping tables and meeting people at the door moved at a sloth's pace. Tea was warm, not hot. Hot water top-ups took forever. I've never been a fan of Cora's -- went there because the place I really wanted to go to around the corner wasn't open for lunch. Definitely will not be going back.

Definitely will choose an alternative next time. Sooooooo many fruit flies. The western omelet wasn’t very good, and when another table spilled creamer it was left for the duration of our meal. Server was great and very friendly, but I don’t think we will be back. We should have left before we were seated but my kiddo was starving.

Loved the food and the service. Shaun served us really well and was very courteous and hospitable.Food: 5/5
