Had the pleasure to visit Cora’s in Grande Prairie and was happy to say that it was a good experience. The service was great, food was fresh and warm. The staff was very tentative to myself and my guests. Make sure to give them a try as they have great choices. Family friendly and they are good with kids. If you what eggs Benedict with no sauce on it this is the place to go. If you want eggs over easy might as well order them scrambled. Thanks for ruining my one Sunday off Cora’s. If you also enjoy having hair cooked in with hash browns you’re at the right place
Always exceeds expectations! Any of the ones I have visited the food is always amazing, and this one definitely gives the portion you pay for with the crepes! If your in GP and in the mood for breakfast I would 100% recommend coming here, you wont be disappointed. and remember tip your waitress! Ours ways especially awesome!
The food is hit and miss. The one time I had their crepeomlete which was quite good. The other time I had the gargantuan which was not that great. Their choices of drinks could be better. All their smoothies other than one have Banana in them. With someone who's has an allergy to bananas it was disappointing. They also don't have the mochachino on their menu, I was offered a combination of hot chocolate and coffee but declined. The layout, yellow walls and cheesy word advertisements of their food are super ugly and tacky. I also felt bad for folks who had groups of 5 or more as because of their layout they had to wait long times to be seated. Servers are hit and miss as well. I have had amazing service from one young lady who was polite courteous and never let my coffee or water get empty. Other times I've had ok service. They were polite but only checked on me once my meal was nearly gone and was not asked if I needed anything else. For me I would say food wise reminds me of Dennys except with a super tacky decor.
Server was very friendly, however she did not ask me one time how my food was. Eggs were to be scrambled, but they were over cooked and came like a patty. Pancakes were a little under cooked but still edible and tasted good. All in all I would recommend Cora's as a whole love the restaurant in Abbotsford but this one was not as good. 3 stars.
Great food decent pricing. I decided to update my review. My wife and I came here to celebrate her birthday. We were seated promptly and provided with tea and coffee. We ordered our food, she had French toast and I had Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. My wife really enjoyed her French toast. My eggs were a little on the cool side but they were so tasty I still enjoyed every bite. They kept my cup full and had there been a little more warmth in the eggs I would have bumped them up to 5 stars. Oh and they even gave my wife a free apple swan. I will go back.
Decaf coffee was very strong. Fries well done and too toasted.Food: 3/5
It was pretty standard, service wise. The ice cream machine was broken with dim hopes of being fixed in the near future. Had a few refills on coffees, but had to wait a little long for service / the bill considering there were only 3 tables filled. Overall, it was a good experience. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly atmosphere and welcoming attitudes Parking: Room for around 20-25 vehicles and semi busy businesses next door provides the possibility of more if needed. Wheelchair accessibility: Is wheelchair accessible and the doorway can be easily held open to accomodate
Server was very friendly, and that was the only good part. Food was missing from orders, crepes were so tuff you needed a steak knife to cut, skillets were luke warm and sat to long under warmers. Waited for a long time to get food. Server kept coming to apologize for wait. Meals were so expensive we could have gone out for a nice dinner for that price. Won't be going back again.
Thoroughly loved this place. The menu is extensive and the food was great. You would be hard pressed to find a better place for breakfast and the service was the best.Food: 5/5
