My family and I ventured from Montreal to Ottawa for a weekend getaway and were delighted to discover Cora's Brunch. I am confident that this branch is the best in Ottawa. My wife and I consider ourselves professional brunch enthusiasts. We stumbled upon this place last year, and we immediately noticed that it stands out from other restaurants at a similar level. You can easily tell that all the staff work cohesively to provide exceptional service, allowing guests to truly enjoy their experience.nnMost of the employees have remained the same since our last visit, which means a lot to me. This consistency reflects the owner’s commitment to creating a positive work environment, and I really appreciate that.nnI would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the team at this branch. I really like the breakfasts at Cora. The portions are generous, and I especially enjoy the fresh fruits that come on the side. However, I’m not a fan of the atmosphere. The lighting is very dim, and the seating is quite cramped — the tables are so close together that it’s easy to bump into the chair behind you when trying to get up. Due to how busy it usually is, the food takes a while to be prepared and it takes time for your order to be taken. The service can also feel a bit slow and lacking at times

Greeter needs a smile on her face when welcoming customers. Food was cold and crepe was rubbery. One order incorrect. For $45+ we were both very disappointed and will never return.nThe restaurant needs upgrades and a new cook in the kitchen who cares about the food he is putting out.
