the station was easy to find your way around, and the whole process was quite straightforward, the train was on time but wasn't the cleanest and was very loud.
I recently had the pleasure of using Coquitlam Central Station on the SkyTrain. One of the standout features that immediately caught my attention was the ample parking space available. It's a relief to not have to worry about finding a parking spot, making the overall journey much more convenient and stress-free. The cleanliness of the station is another noteworthy aspect. The design of Coquitlam Central Station is both modern and culturally rich.
I'm not sure why the handicap parking is not in front of the station. Elderly people with Walkers would have a rough time getting to the station from the parking lot. Otherwise it's a convenient station and I'm glad it's here. The Millennium line has only 2 train cars. So occasionally there are pass ups, but the next one will be coming soon.
The attendants are helpful but the signage is just not clear for someone who is not a regular rider. I find that alot of riders are not courteous to elderly and disabled they tend to try and push their way through the doors rather than stand back and wait till clear to load. Attendants should be more outgoing as they also represent the area similar to a çtourist guide and should find it a privilege to help someone with their knowledge. I know it's always been rewarding to me if I can answer or assist someone with their queries.
Seemed nice, definitely better than having to bus all the way out there, which I just simply would not have done!..
