Dr. Feroni and staff are always nice and great to deal with. If you can get ahold of them or ever make an appointment. Takes a month or 2 to see and never seems to answer the phone.
My doctor retired, gave me this name, I called they said, contact service ontario and register, I did all that, called to make an appointment, sorry we are not taking you, the service was terrible, glad I don't have to deal with these rude peoplenUpdate, received a call back they are taking me, and they were very friendly
Terrible place if you are young, crazy waits as long as entire months to see your doctor, the phones are only on for about half of the ridiculously short hours of operation and when you’re there, they wait an hour to call you in and then they rush you out, I went to see my doctor there 7 separate times for an issue that the clinic figured out in 5 minutes, a year of my life was wasted feeling terrible because of an easily solvable issue. If possible avoid this place
***Update: In the last 4-6 months; it’s been easier to reach the office. Liz at the front desk has been awesome with booking appointments and following up with specialists. Dr. Feroni-Fortier remains one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. I’ve increased my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.***nnDr. Feroni-Fortier is great. But it’s impossible to call and make an appointment. Either the phone line doesn’t work, you get to a voicemail promo that doesn’t allow to leave a message, or they are not in the office when you call. I’ve been trying to make an appointment for weeks with no success.
I love the atmosphere at this office. Since switching practitioners and becoming a patient a few months ago, never have I felt so comfortable and in such good hands. Dr. Ferroni-Fortier, Dr. Witkowsky and the receptionists are so welcoming, personable, caring and professional. I highly recommend this office!
