Just had one of the worst customer service experiences over the phone with an agent from Copart. She was rude and condescending. Not the person you want working for you. Was going to let it slide but it was such a horrible interraction that I felt it necessary to share.
Make sure your here by the exactly 430 because if your even 2 minutes late they won't load you
Such a rude and unreliable vendor with terrible communication skills
Apparently you have to be a computer tech type to check in here??
Hours are 8-5.nBut make sure you get there 45 minutes! before closing to pick your vechial up.nWhat a waste of time and fuel!
