I really do love Cool Licks. It's one of my favourite things about living in Welland! They literally never disappoint. Their Turtles cone.. their soft serve... Their banana split... Their scoops especially S'mores.... Everything is just so good! I would highly recommend this place to everyone!
Amazing experience. Great menu! Do not be afraid to kindly ask the staff their favorites. The hard ice-cream is so good and there's so many flavours. I think this summer I had 6 favorites, which was everything I tried!

Wanted a cake for my son but got icecream instead. Lots of varieties, delicious and fairly priced. The elderly lady who took our order was patient and explained what flavors they had. Will visit again.
Best ice cream place by far. I ordered an ice cream cake...WOW! So good, and you can pick all your own flavors. Kids and adults all enjoyed this cake. Great service with reasonable prices...love the drive through. Have tried many other delicious ice cream treats made here...every time it's been a winner.

The birthday cake sundae was disappointing with some sort of wax like crud in it and was way too sweet. Staff was nice though. Even worse update: my son and I went there on Friday September 16th and we have been sick ever since!!! My son is so sick he can't go to school. Previously, we had a seeming racist teenager bypass us to serve others and then was rude when we asked why! The manager was noce enough to try and apologize but then we went back another time when he wasn't there and we were left to hang again--when I looked inside the window, they were all just standing there talking--maybe about us and we left without ordering. This is just my first step but obviously we will not go back there nor recommend it!
They have lots of good choices for delicious ice cream flavors, the price for a small which is more than enough, is only $3.00. We picked Salted Caramel, old Tyme Butter Pecan and Cherry Cheesecake.
