Very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole order process! The cookie was even better than I pictured. Would definitely recommend!!

I didn't know what to expect but cookie grams Toronto is amazing!!! They used my exact instructions and got my cookie to my friend right on time for her birthday! The cookie looked and tasted amazing and it was such a special and unique gift.

The cookies were awesome, but the service was even better! Everything I asked for was perfect, I will use cookie gram every time I need a quick delicious gift for family and friends.

Poor customer service. Very rude. No guarantees of delivery on time as it is “out of their control”, despite them choosing a specific delivery company and having the customer pay a lot for expedited shipping.

Ordered a cookie gram for my uncles 70th Birthday and the cookie was sent to my house instead of his.  When I called to get the problem rectified, they told me that they would charge me an additional $20 to have a driver to come over and pick it up.  What?????  Never again.  Stay away.

Excellent customer service and was able to execute my requests at the last minute .
