I The Cookie Lady, especially the cut-outs! There was a line this morning before the holiday and they had to limit folks to 2 or 3 dozen cookies! Great sweets and perfect for holiday parties or client ! A lady also sells some towels and other household stuff she makes which are great stocking stuffers and priced great!
Tried here one more time after giving one star 9 months ago because they're always out of bakery items. You're a cookie place. How do you always run out of cutouts early on? I noticed another review stating same issue. Bakery Unlimited and Wixey are by far better but we were on this side of town and I wanted to treat my kids. You guys are very disappointing.
Tried ordering cookies for my son’s Halloween party a week in advance. Was told to come in Saturday and they would have them all day. I showed up at the Maumee store and they were sold out. I called the Fremont store to ask and they said they had plenty but refused to hold or let me pay over the phone. Expecting me to drive an hour just to hope they had them. Terrible customer service
I didn't know what I was really wanting except cookies for a 6 year old's birthday... Olivia was SO helpful! She gave me direction, plenty of options and wow, for 18 decorated cookies plus 3 extras I saw in the display case it was only $17!! Fantastic service and great prices!!! Highly recommend!

Ordered a cookie cake for a birthday and went to cut it open to find that it is so raw that it is still sticking to the tray. Very disappointed and ruined an annual birthday tradition that had been running for decades.
The girl at the counter was so helpful in helping me choose what we wanted. She was so attentive to what I was saying we got exactly what we wanted and how I wanted it packaged. Thank you so much.
Great cookies, but need to work on how they do business. My fiance and I called them to schedule a cookie order for our wedding 1-2 months in advance. They insisted that they only need the order 3 days beforehand and to just come in the week of to complete our order. I went in 5 days before our wedding and they said they were too booked up to take anymore orders-leaving us in a bind for our wedding, even though we tried to give them plenty of notice. Very disappointed in how they handle their business orders.
Let's just say if they were open when this snikerdoodle craving hit I'd be in my car and there in less than 15 minutes from Parkside and Dorr .
