Jeffrey Cook (Owner) is a lier he told me I needed all new plumbing in my home an there was no way around it. I trusted him to give me the right information he didn't he took thousands of dollars from me. I'm on a fixed income an he threatened me when I asked him a question about the amount that if I didn't pay it I would be sorry. Very disrespectful!  Wouldn't recommend him or his team! I called talked to Kirby an was told there was nothing that could be done.. very dissatisfied.

Outstanding customer service by the cooks hardware customer service agent Kirby and excellent workmanship by the heater cleaning personnel great job I recommend cooks hardware heading to everyone
