Last Friday December 23, 2017 my bride asked me to remind her to secure a copy of her birth record as she needed it for her visit to Social Security this coming week.

I called Cook County Clerk David Orr's Office in Maybrook, as you must appear in person and with a photo identification.  Paying cash my bride avoided another charge to use plastic to play.  In less than a few minutes she left the office with two new birth certificates.
