AWFUL!! The staff is unprofessional, not knowledgeable and very inconsiderate to parents and their situation. I was given different answers from different representatives. Every experience whether its over the phone or in person has been the worst experience I've had dealing with a county or city official.

Worst state for child support they wont even answer your questions. They always give you the run around. Then you go in person and the have their smart ass comments to say like if they are the ones paying the child support
