Good prices, especially for the sizes. It's before the light, if you're coming from Petoskey, so bonus that you don't have to wait for a bunch of cars. Easy to spot, friendly staff, charge by the month when you sign up, so no messing pro-rated issues. For under 60 dollar a month, you can get their smallest unit, which is really a steal in this area. No gates, but this isn't the city, so I don't think they're really needed. They have some moving supplies and locks for storage if you do need them. Overall, a pretty well stocked and managed place. Happy with my storage unit and the people running it!

Easy drop off for uHaul. Friendly call to follow up with end of contract. Recommend to anyone.

We have had nothing but Excellent outstanding customer service from Nate. He has always been very professional, courteous, and when out of his way to help. He helped hook up our trailer made sure all lights worked. Our son rented a u haul truck and he went over all the controls, answered all his questions and made sure the truck was clean and full of fuel. Nate and his wife Jackie run a very professional business. I would recommend renting from them if you have a rental need
