My go-to supplier for my roofing projects. Joey is my sales rep, who is always attentive to all of my needs, and is on point with communication. Teanna at the sales desk always goes the extra mile to makes sure my orders are submitted smoothly. Shout out to Darren who bends over backwards with assisting me with pick ups at the yard. Overall my favourite roofing supplier in the lower mainland.
This is a big & busy place. Good idea to call ahead of arrival & ask for their help to prepare your load of products. If you can't load it yourself then ask for their help to get you safely back to the job feeling like one of the 'Big Guys'; satisfied you chose Convoy Supply.
When my boyfriend and I were doing research for our major home roofing project, we were so fortunate to obtain professional advice from Brian. After asking us a few questions about our home and roof, he suggested the perfect roofing material for our low sloped roof. With this being our first roofing project, we had a lot of questions and Brian took the time to provide us with the information that we required. He definitely went above and beyond his call of duty to ensure we had the correct arsenal of tools in our toolbox to complete this daunting operation. Brian also gave us great pricing for the material. He is our super hero!! All the staff who assisted us when we went in to get supplies were professional and friendly. Prompt quick service! Counter staff know their products, the yard Guys are super helpful and courteous. This is the go to place for all your Roofing needs.
Prompt service, very knowledgeable about items but too way too long to get one roll of torchon. Waited 20 mins for a roll I could go and grab. Also the people are far too lazy as we had to wait for the guy to get a forklift just to get one roll.
They are fast and efficient. Great friendly staff
