We are a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals that deliver the highest quality of constuction services, able to custom design and build your dream renovation or addition.

We have over 30 years of experience preforming residential and commercial renovations in the Greater Toronto Area. We are fully insured and give a full two year guarantee.

Not sure what the other are referring to; Had Marcel and team at Contracting By Us finish my basement in Milton. I am absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. Quality of materials and construction was second to none. I've have hosted friends and family over a number of times and people can't get over how beautiful the space turned out. Marcel was very helpful and provided excellent advice when planning. His estimates and timelines were bang on. I had a number of specific custom elements added like a home theatre with in-wall (mounted behind screen) speakers, projector, custom home gym and a play area/house for my son. Everything turned out perfectly. I can honestly say it my favourite part of my house! Finally everyone on Marcel's team was so professional and courteous. From construction to electrical to paint - they were ALL exceptional.

Called Marcel in regards to getting a home bar. Gave him an approximation of price point of what we were looking for and had some room for movement in the budget. He advised me to send in pictures and he would call me back about arranging to come and give a quote. He never called back, after a week and a half I called back and asked for a follow up and touch base with him in regards to coming in for a quote. He gave a blunt response of "I can't help you." Would not recommend, horrible first impression and lack of customer service. Shows lack of time management, and I would question how accurate his time management skills are on a home project.

Worst contractor ever! Did not finish the job, I would never recommend him to anyone. We were lied to throughout the entire process, I had to chase the owner for 7 months to complete the work that was started. We were over promised and under delivered. Then he had the audacity to ask us for more money when we had already over paid.
