Story

Continuum Wellness is your neighborhood's go-to Registered Massage Therapy and Wellness Clinic. We have been dedicated to restoring and maintaining our client's health and well-being for over 9 years. Our centre provides an integrative approach to addressing whole body ailments through a combination of treatments and therapists including Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Individual and Family Therapy, Nutrition, Yoga and TRX Fitness. Out team of over 15 practitioners are available 7 days a week and work with patients to alleviate stress, and restore imbalances through manual, active and mindfulness therapies. Rest assure that you can walk in and have all of your needs met by a caring team of therapists.

Had a great massage today at Continuum with Mandy! She had great technique and pressure, and was very friendly. They followed all the COVID protocols and I felt safe there the enter time. Will definitely be going back for another massage!!

I had my first visit at Continuum today because I had some muscle pain and tightness from intensive winter activity the past weekend. Mandy was able to effectively address my pain and relief them. I feel like new and is ready to go again. The clinic is clean and cozy, will be booking my next session soon.

Best massage I've ever had. Nikki is highly skilled, kind in her approach, asked good questions about areas of soreness, and offered excellent suggestions for continued self care between treatments. I highly recommend Continuum Wellness.
