Service was fast and efficient. I have to say that their Seniors special Monday is not all cut out to be so great. The rate bank rate was 1.46. The rate here was 1.5095. The senior special was 1.5045 and a $2.00 fee waved. If it was not for convenience and currency availability, I would have gone to a banking institution.
Excellent service! Took the time on the phone to explain each currency and rate for my cruise. The agent on the phone let me know to pick my money on Mondays to get my seniors discount! The store and staff are on a whole other level in this area and will absolutely use again for future trips.
Came in today trying to exchange currencies for my summer trip and Chelsea was a great help. Offered very great prices and excellent customer service. Will definitely be coming back here!
Really pleased with how fast and professional this location is. One worker who stood out amongst the rest was the women at the front named Chelsea who was being not only kind but really helpful towards me and made my visit well worth it. Will definitely be coming back again! :-
