I was delighted how well I was received at the door and efficiently directed to the right person who sold me a generator. His name is Serge and he took care of me as I was one of his own. I recommend this store because they go out of their way to help you.
If you are not from Quebec...don't bother going as you will be treated like a 3rd class citizen. I wanted to spend 18k and was treated like homeless squatter. Dishonest salesman Alex and add in the very pompous and arrogant manager. That told me he did not care if I spend my 18k BC they will just put it back on the web and sell it. Also my deal breaker besides the fact that I was treated like a peasant....there was undisclosed damage. So do not buy a used 2018 Thundercat from this dealership. Oh and the manger told my that he has 5 other stores and if I don't buy it then he basically did not care.

My MXZ broke down next to Contant St. Agathe today. Was able to limp it to their shop and they serviced the skidoo right away. Ended up being a broken lead to one of the sparkplugs. They had me back on the trails within the hour. Fantastic service! They charged me a fraction of what I thought it would cost for emergency repairs. Extremely pleased!!!
Great service from apparel staff. Good recommendations and understanding of our needs. The lady that served us was very helpful, patient and pleasant.
Super service and funny guys
Went there first to scout out which Seadoo models might be right for me. Sales person was informative but a casual conversation with a service engineer was even more useful. Second visit was to purchase and the whole deal with all details was taken care of within 1 hour. Also had a self-inflicted problem wakeboarding rope sucked into turbine which was taken care of in one day by the service department.
Seadoo was delivered ahead of requested date in a most efficient and courteous manner. Never had any issues with the service department.
Great company ! Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend them for all your powersport needs.
