Started looking online at bikes, had one of their sales ladies message me. Went to look at it while she was there wait 1hr for her to find out she left and never said anything, well finally Martin came to help me, and I bought a bike. He was fantastic, when I went to pickup he wasn't there but let me know Eric would take care of me. Well that's customer service communication. Eric was fantastic also went over everything he made sure I had no questions before I left. So if it wasn't for Martin there would be no Sale as Danika had bad service.nThank you Martin and Eric
Ripping off native people and probably not just them. They don’t give a damn about you if you’re not buying the latest brand new side by side that cost as much as a car and even then they will care about you until you give them money. If you’re buying a single part for fixing your machine, expect weeks and weeks before even getting a response. Chances are the part is sitting on a rep’s desktop for days and days. This is not the proper way to do business, customers shouldn’t be running after the seller to pay for their order.. That’s just stupid. I will stop ordering from now on. I have placed an order 2 weeks ago and still no news about it except the automated email saying that they’ve received my order.
If I can leave a 0 star review I would, the manager accuses the client of stealing or losing a part from a supercharger kit. They hold you hostage and tell me they can't give my money back and give a new kit. Will never go back to this location ever again. Never experienced such bad service in my entire life. After spending 4000$ on a single order they treat us like we're buffoons. After Contant Laval sent the reply, I visited another contant dealer and they exchanged it the same day, no headaches. I will never visit this dealer again and hope nobody conducts business with them as they blame the customer for they're mistakes.
After purchasing a NEW seadoo from them, everything was just so painful and frustrating, they do the BARE minimum, blame their customers for any of their issues find excuses for all their mistakes. Price increased from contract to sale date illegal , delays on everything BEFORE the sale and AFTER the sale, never any follow up from their side. They sell nice products but their service is the worst I have seen in the industry or in purchasing any new vehicules, in both sales and in service after sale.
Amazing service! Rep was patient and kind. Helped me find all the parts i needed to bring my old Bombardier back to life! Thank you.
