They should change all the employees calling president dutuerte or some officials they are not very helpful & they are disrespectful they should people specially the filipino community not just people from other nations

on time and all questions were answered on a timely manner. A very friendly secretary and a consulate. Keep it up! It showed concern to all our nationalities and that is a good example

They should be more friendly, not yelling at the people.. if you will question what they do they will delay your papers. We know you are volunteers but you should realize that everyone's sacrificing to be there.

They should be helpful for people who will get NBI Clearance for the first time. They yell out loud if you missed something and people started staring at you at makes you feel like you are stupid. Also, give a more detailed instruction on how the NBI Clearance gets processed. Not just a tiny paper.

Very bad customer service, calling to our dear Mr. President Duterte to change all employees in Philippine Embassy Edmonton. They don't know how to handle applicant, must be treated with respect.

Came here to get NBI clearance form.The lady in front desk was nice. Make sure to bring cash with you for the fees. Im suggesting to edit the unit # coz they're at unit 106 instead of 107. Good thing i went inside the building to look around, if not I would have wasted my time for nothing.
