Worst experience of my life , bunch of liars and scammers, do not buy from them you will regret it They started a new project in Chambery , everyone was very disappointed when they announced that will be coming to chambery, everyone knows their poor quality of construction and horrible customer service . Be careful with john sales rep in mirabel biggest liar and scammer .

We completed 2 years in phase 2 of VEE in Vimont . When I came to visit, Barbara showed me the place like she was showing me her home , talking with such passion . The main reason why I signed the day after was literally the confidence in her voice about this project. And since then , ANYTIME I need an answer as fast as possible she is always available to answer me . I really appreciate the new management lady as well , Stephanie going beyond working hours to show responsibility.

I have been leaving here since phase one was built almost 4 years ago. Beautifully built in Laval. Peaceful. Amazingly sound proof as well. Love my home :

We recently went for a visit and we were lucky to meet Chantal for tour of the models. We could perceive the superiority of the construction and the quality of the finition right away!! The Prestige Chambéry is truly a one of kind project! Chantal was also very courteous and displayed attenttive listening to our need and feedbacks. Highly recommend Groupe Mathieu!

We have fast service from the Group. I feel very safe in this building and all the tenants are wonderful and kind individuals.

I went for viewing at one of their apartments in Ste Therese with Mr.Miguel Higgins! I liked the apartment and I told to the gentleman that I would get back to him with my decision for the apartment and if I would agreed I would move in for July 1st. He said that he was ok with that. So I did call him this morning and told him that I would take the apartment. He responded “ Great “, then he said that he would send me an English Form of the application for the apartment. He also asked me to confirm the moving date. I said that it would be the July 1st as discussed the day before. I told him that for me it would work better August 1 but if not then it would be definitely July 1st. He said that he would discuss it with his partners and he would get back to me right after. He didn’t call me so I texted him later the and asked him if he got any updates for me. So he texted back to me stating that he had told me they have other candidates willing to move in quickly. He never did said anything like that, he didn’t even bother to get back to me about anything. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE do get excited for getting a nice apartment until you actually sign contracts. Apparently for the gentleman money is the only thing matters! DISAPPOINTED WITH MATTHEW GROUP!!!!!

This is a contractor to stay away from. After sales service is horrible. I left many messages with no call back. The Mathieu family have one interest and that is their own interest. When I was not happy with a few items and quality of build, bad window installation, misaligned doors, poorly installed vents one of the family members contacted me to threaten they would take condo away if I don’t accept the issues. Sales lady does not help at all and is afraid of the Mathieu family, so they will not work in your best interest. They are also not consistent, they may promise or agree with you at one moment, but may change their minds the next day. Very inconsistent and discouraging to deal with them. Not pleasant at all. After dealing with many builders, this was my worst experience.

Sale was good, but I think there was a lack of details to share from the sale’s woman that could make the house more comfortable even if the price could be higher; like better sound proof in some rooms, distribution on the basement, place to put the laundry room, etc. Perhaps if you go with all these details at the moment to buy you will get a better deal with your home. Some details we had on the post sale were fixed after Mr. Mathieu took care personally of them, since the contractors didn’t want to fix them or they were taking too long to respond, it was great to see how the owner of the company took responsibility to solve all issues for our good.
