Not just great beer I loved the Pilsner! but the food really surprised us too! I had the Nashville chicken sandwich with side poutine and would definitely recommend both. I'm really picky about my poutine and this was fantastic! We hear the Conspiracy Theory burger and pizzas are awesome too. Will absolutely be back to try them. And thanks Paul for the great chat about your beers and how you started the business. It shows the owner really loves what he's doing. Love it!
absolutely delicious pizza and fries. oh my gosh. Also the radler was wonderful, the red tasted almost like a dark and I really enjoyed it, the price is really good for a local brewery. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. the service was great. no complaints!
Food and beer was good. Staff were friendly however, I think because of the busy night things were a bit slow. Love the atmosphere though. Prices are great and the quality of the food was there.
First time trying Conspiracy Theory. We ordered takeout. Wife and daughter enjoyed the poutines and I enjoyed the wings. Unfortunately, failed to photograph the wings, but very good. Honey hot was great. Poutine is the pulled pork and the Nashville.
The service was good and fries even better! It was quite busy so took a while for us to get food. Sadly my chicken tenders were basically burnt and the owner said that was normal, which is fine! But I didn’t particularly like them. So just putting that out as a warning for anyone in the future who orders chicken fingers. However, they are home made so it does make sense!
Wonderful place. The red beer is great and Conspiracy Burger was perfect. Great service and cute terrasse.
It was better than I thought it would be. And like the name “Conspiracy Theory Brewing”; it had a good X-Files/Area 51 theme For beer I liked their “Chemtrails Pale”, And their Conspiracy Theory burger was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Had their pizza also and it really was really good. Tasted like a wood oven pizza. It was also really big inside. So good if you have a large group of people. Their beer is really good quality. They definitely take pride in their quality

Food was great! They were out of over 50% of their beers and the pale ale looked and tasted like a red!? Other customers said the same thing. Service was EXTREMELY slow and drinks were missed. It was difficult to get the server's attention for water and the missing beer. Maybe short-staffed? But I only saw 5-7 tables seated the whole time we were there. I'd try again though.
The best Beer in Ottawa, I swear by that, the staff go above and beyond to create a super comfortable atmosphere. The reason for the 4 star Their deep-frying is cooked in the same vat. Fish, chicken and ect. I have fish allergies and that could have caused damage had I not inquired.
