Andrew arrived at my home when he said he would. He checked with me before beginning to clarify everything I wanted done. Through the process he continued to communicate with me. When changes were necessary he discussed my options with me before proceeding. I received a bill exactly when he said. I am very pleased with the service and certainly will continue to ask him to complete other things for me as they arise.
