Terrible customer service.nI was charged for an annual renewal that I never authorized, and it has now been 16 days since I contacted ÉconoFitness for a refund.nNo reply. No support. No follow-up.nnI moved to another province and haven’t used the gym for months, yet they still took the money and completely ignored all my messages.nnThis level of service is unacceptable. I just want my money back and my file handled professionally.
One of the best places to train in town, it is very known for its competitive price on the market, i went there for a quick free session to try it, i wasn’t disappointed, good and well maintained equipment, very clean too.nThe only drawbacks are just that i find it a little small but that’s just my personal opinion, the toilets are inside the changing rooms and the heaviest dumbbells were 75 pounds. Other than that everything was great. There is even food and beverages for athletes to add that extra protein intake.
No monthly or daily plan is an automatic 1 star for a gym, pretty dumb to just refuse my money.
Nice clean gym; No hassles.
