Should be given no stars! My daughter went in on a Tuesday, June 18th and prescribed meds, here it’s Friday, June 28th STILLLLLLL WAITING!!! I’ve called several times left messages no response. My insurance called and faxed over the necessary pre-authorization paperwork. This’s the second time this has happened just this month!! IM SO DONE WITH THIS PLACE!!
Im very angry that I was ten minutes late because I came out late from another app i had to tell me that they couldnt see my daughter. My daughter was really sick and there was no other patients there , the only thing they offered was a nurse to check her temperature what a joke. Had to take her to a walk in .Im done with them and im taking them to a different doctor from now on.It was obvious they dont care
Terrible!!!!!! My wife called on call for my daughter due to her having a fever and was told the on call dr was going to call back here we are 24 hrs later and still no call back....smh should not give any stars but it’s impossible
I'm so happy with doctor Lucaura Revelo! She is the best. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I get appointments same day if needed. No complaints
Friendly faces, kind staff is very supportive. I take all of my children here. Doctor's listen and take there time to listen when you talk.
Going to this place is such a waste of time.
