Customer service from today's staff was amazing. I ordered incorrectly and came back to get the right thing later, after the fact, and they were really nice about it all. Made a good day so much better. Based purely on customer service, not to mention it's also one of the few places with decent barista coffee I'd highly recommend. Dietary restrictions: They wholeheartedly support dietary needs and options.
May 7, 7am security check was just 10minutes. Had some coffee and muffins. Muffins felt like not fresh. It's airport obviously expensive. No comment on that. Employees are good
I've tried it multiple times now. The latte is ok, but the cookies don't always seem too fresh Also, one time they forgot my drink order completely and served 5 other people before I had to remind them. They always seem more than staffed up, but service isn't always that great.
Nice to have a spot open early with local coffee BUT there is never a situation where I want to spread my own cream cheese … also they need a real toaster not just a panini grill if selling toasted bagels.
Such a great coffee!! I am coffee lover I should have bought their coffee beans. That's why I got online to check if they have other store except airport. Next time I definitely remember to buy coffee beans from them. The staff is so nice and always smiling even I only bought 1 cup of coffee yesterday.
I am so excited that there is a local coffee option at Halifax Stanfield Airport. My family and I ordered two Flat White coffees, a Cappuccino, and an Americano. The Flat Whites were fine, but the Americano and Cappuccino were quite awful - too little espresso in a lot of hot water for the Americano. It had no taste, and had the texture of muddy water. Please do better! I want you to succeed!
The guy rolled his eyes and sighed as I walked up to the counter. Treated my mother and I as if we were a major inconvenience and barely mumbled the few words he spoke to us. The espresso in our cappuccino/latte was terrible. I think the machine needs calibrating. Won't visit again.
3 Stars is for the staff! Everyone was very nice and kind. I had an iced coffee. Not good at all. This was the second time I get a beverage from them and still not good at all! Maybe a new coffee bean ?
Worst coffee I ever have, even Tims or McDonald's coffee is better. Both, the ice coffee and latte tasted sour. Sour coffee is either bad beans under roasted or brewed badly, but since they are using an espresso machine I believe is just bad beans. Just get coffee from Tims
Great experience. Fast, friendly service. Enjoyed my iced coffee. Great selection of sugar free syrups!
