May 2022 3.5 Located in a small, yet somewhat busy plaza along Steeles Ave, you'll find this hidden fast food takeout restaurant. The cuisine is Indian with a Canadian twist. Butter chicken roll $2.5 Rich in butter chicken flavors with pieces of butter chicken wrapped in a light crispy roll. Not bad at all. Mutton roll $2.5 Spicy! Like a Mutton Curry wrapped up in the same light crispy roll. Also pretty decent. Based on the Rolls, this place isn't too bad. Prices are fairly reasonable, though at time of writing, the website was inaccurate. The Rolls were listed at $1 but was actually $2.5 Parking limited. Would try other dishes next time.

Bought the devilled chicken roti, mac n cheese with cajun chicken rolls and brownie cheesecake dessert roll not shown. The roti was a bit bland, but the devilled chicken was very flavourful. Their mac n cheese and brownie cheesecake rolls on the other hand were absolutely fanstastic. Wonderful crunch and an explosion of flavour. Will be back to try some of their other rolls and burgers!

After all the hype that was created with Confused Kitchen’s food, I am heartbroken to say that it was such a disappointment !! Unfortunately the food portrays the name of the restaurant completely. They are definitely confused and let me tell you how it shows they are: Here’s what I ordered: 1. Butter Chicken Roll - Flavour wasn’t bad but what in the world are boiled potatoes doing in it? It had more potatoes, less chicken and was very dry. 2. CK Butter Chicken Bun - Burnt bun top with a dry butter chicken mixture in it. It did not taste at all like butter chicken. It had no gravy and sooo much garam masala!! The colour was very dark as if burnt or perhaps it was dark due to the enormous amount of garam masala in it. I’m confused how the butter chicken in the roll and bun be so different than each other! How is it not the same? 3. Cheese burger roll - very little sign of cheese and no flavour. Not even enough salt. 4. Mac n Cheese with Cajun Chicken - This was not as dry as the others but certainly left a slightly weird after taste. I would give it a 50/50. 5. Mac n Cheese roll - I am a big fan of Mac n Cheese and this one is just not it. It needs more cheese!!! Honestly Outtakes Restaurant and Wimpy’s Diner specific locations does a way better job at Mac n Cheese bites than this one! 6. Pepper sauce Large Crispy Chicken Burger - It came with Coleslaw and I’m glad they put in on the side in a small container so it doesn’t make the bun soggy. As Samson has mentioned in their review, If you love buffalo chicken then definitely get this one! I actually ordered it based on her review + I love buffalo chicken! I was happy with this burger! 7. Red Velvet Cake Roll - I like how thin the layer of the roll was and a good amount of the cake itself inside. I would suggest for them to add more cream cheese frosting to it. Over all this was good. They have increased the price from before and for what? Yes, you got it! For flavourless food! Save your money, thank me later!

Ordered butter chicken poutine and hubby had some rice dish with butter chicken spicy!. Poutine had nice flavour. Rice dish came with yummy creamy coleslaw and tandoori chicken and lots of chicken chunks.

Friendly service ! Mild is still pretty spicy to us. I think they can add a little bit more of meat in their food… rolls were delicious !

I placed an order online thru their website. 1x Mac & Cheese Roll, 2x Cheeseburger Rolls, 2x Mac & Cheese Rolls w/ Cajun Chicken, 1x Mac & Cheese Roll w/Mutton, 1x Veggie Kothu, 1x Mutton Kothu, 1x Devil Chicken Kothu, 1x Classic Chicken Kothu. The rolls were different than typical Sri Lankan rolls but tasted amazing!! Also the rolls could have been more spicy. The kothu however was okay. It was kinda soggy and not spicy enough although we picked Sri Lankan spicy for two of them. I like the different menu options that they offer would likely try their burgers or wrap sometime and definitely order rolls from them again.

Got 3 rolls and devil chicken biryani. The butter chicken roll had like 1 piece of tiny chicken in it but the sauce was really good. The mac and cheese + chicken roll had 1 big piece of chicken in it and tons of macaroni. Tasted good. The toffee cheesecake roll was also very good. The devil chicken biryani was packed with food and came with a small coleslaw. The chicken was a little dry but taste was also very good and spicy.

OH-EM-GEE.. gosh, if you’re a Kothu Roti and Mutton Rolls lover you have to check out Confused Kitchen located in Scarborough. I love love my Classic Mutton Rolls and MAC & Cheeese Cajun chicken rolls. It was absolutely delicious, flavourful and yummy. The spice was balanced and the service was great. We will be back for more

Wow! Tried this place because of a post from deepa prashad on IG. The rolls were crispy and the filling was really nice. Filled to the nines and packed with flavour. Wasn’t too keen on the Mac & cheese roll but the rest were really nice and full of flavour. The mutton roll had a nice spicy kick to it and left me wanting more rolls...so I got the dessert ones! NY cheesecake / red velvet rolls. These were a killer too! The star off was for the Mac & cheese roll as it wasn’t my cup of tea and the butter chicken poutine I had. The rolls were amazingly priced, but the poutine was a bit pricier and you would be better off just getting more rolls and making a massively nice spread of rolls. Would definitely say to come try the rolls as this is unique and what they’re known for currently. Great job on service. Quick, efficient and super informative!
