Time and time again the cupcakes are fantastic and a favourite. We love supporting local. I do have to say though, that my experiences previously have been very pleasant when picking up my orders. I am not sure if maybe she was having a bad day this last time but I don’t think she was happy. I much prefer a friendly interaction. I will come back again but I hope she isn’t having a bad day next time.
Nov 12, 2022 - They are not selling dairy free cupcakes!!! When I searched by "Vegan bakery Sherwood Park" in Google, this placed showed up. So we went to the stored and asking for the dairy free cupcakes! We were told "No, we are not selling dairy free stuff" No further explanation at all!!! This stores is not vegan place. Don't waste your time to drive there for vegan options. Poor customer service!!! Nov 13, 2022 - Appreciate the response, while we came asking for dairy free cupcakes, we were looking for any type of dairy free treat for my son. Given the tone and response of the person working in the store, we understood there was nothing that was dairy free in the store. It now sounds like there were possible options, but your salesperson failed to make us aware. Too bad, you lost a customer due to that interaction.
I ordered cookies for my sons hockey team/birthday party tonight and they went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Thank you so much for everything and the kids said they were the best! I will use them for more events and their store is adorable. :
Omg, absolutely love this place for every form of celebration were add cookies &/or cupcakes. If I m picking up for a birthday there is an area dedicated to other businesses as a boutique of local vendors! Will definitely go back and recommend to anyone in the future!
Ordered a cake from a different city to surprise my friend for her birthday. She loved it said it beautiful & delicious. I love that they do delivery it was so convenient.
The day of my Grandmother’s 98th birthday party I was driving around Sherwood Park with a cake I’d already acquired, trying to find a place to perform a few additions on it. Had been out of town the past couple days and had only gotten home in the early morning hours of that same day. After 2 or 3 cake shops refused to help me, the staff at Confetti Sweets were most helpful. I believe it was ‘Chelsea’? or possibly ‘Andrea’ or ‘Danielle’ ?? pardon my memory, this was a few months ago took my cake and were happy to help. In the meantime, the girls up front helped hook me up with a few additional treats and within a few minutes I was walking outta there with a fully dressed up cake. Thank-you Confetti Sweets !!! TLDR … was driving around trying to find someone to dress up a cake for me. Confetti Sweets helped me out in a pinch. Thank-you!
Do not buy the ‘Back of the spoon’ Mushroom Dill Perogie casserole. I made it according to the directions and the perogies were uncooked dough. Just a starchy, soupy mess. Could not eat any of it and at $30 what a waste. I called to let them know and they will “look into it”. Huge waste of money. So disappointed.
Without a doubt, their cookies are 5-star amazing. My personal fave are the coconut and the sugar cookies. But did you know they now have the “Confetti Collective” where you can buy all kinds of locally made confections, and even order amazing gift baskets! I ordered some for corporate gifting around the holidays and they were a huge hit. Confetti Sweets was very flexible with basket contents and offer local delivery as well as courier to out of town. I highly recommend them for any of your gift basket needs. And cookie needs.
My favourite place to buy cookies in all of Sherwood Park, but I really do love love love the fresh cupcakes that Confetti Sweets has too! The buttercream icing almost tastes like cream cheese icing, but the icing on the cupcakes is truly so good though. If you have the chance, stop by at Confetti Sweets. You will not regret :
The cookies and frozen ravioli were delicious. I am only giving it a 4 stars as the last time I was there the cashier was less than friendly.
