Confederation Park in Burnaby is a hidden gem perfect for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The lush green spaces are well-maintained, offering plenty of room for picnics and leisure activities. The park's playground is a hit with kids, and the mini train ride adds a nostalgic touch that everyone loves. With scenic walking trails, a splash pad, and even a dog park, it has something for everyone. The community center nearby also hosts various events, making this park a vibrant hub for all ages. Highly recommended!
Large park with lots of picnic tables. Running track, basketball court, tennis court, open field, several playgrounds for all ages and a water park. Parking available all around the park area.
Enjoyed the multitude of activity space and equipment available for many user groups. The under cover sport court was a fantastic place to stay active in all weather throughout the year. Having a large running/ walking track is also a fantastic way to be active. Lots of parking and there is enough turn over in the park, library or community centre that there will be a parking space opening up. A fun way to spend a day or an hour.
Huge park, I didn't see all of it. Great place for families and kids. Great playground and splash pad in the place. There is a community center and lots of free parking spots. There are a lot of shaded spots for picnic, including picnic tables. There is a tennis court in the place. Highly recommended to visit here.
Hands-down one of the best playgrounds for kids in the neighborhood. The park is also great for families, small parties, and a few sports such as tennis and football.nGreat job, city parks!
