Hamza made my move-in experience seamless. The building always smells nice and is always clean & quiet. The staff has been super friendly and helpful so far. Everything is well kept and the other neighbours have been friendly as well.
Extremely dangerous and unacceptable behavior.nWhile parked briefly in front of this condo rental complex to drop off a person, someone threw a lit cigarette from a balcony directly onto my new car. The smell of smoke got inside, and I had to drive home with all the windows open while my eyes burned from the smoke. I didn’t know where the cigarette was until I got home.nnThis is a serious fire and safety hazard — it could have burned someone or caused damage. Throwing cigarettes or any objects from balconies is not only careless but also illegal.nnManagement needs to address this immediately and remind residents that such behavior will not be tolerated. I’m posting this review to raise awareness and prevent something worse from happening in the future.
I recently moved here, and I must admit that I was taken aback by how peaceful it is. In my experience, the maintenance team rarely fails to arrive on time. The windows in my apartment let in plenty of morning light.
About six months into my stay, I still find myself praising how well-kept everything is. The common spaces are always clean and incredibly inviting. It's clear that the staff takes pride in the space.
The overall tranquility of the place is, to be honest, one of the things that truly caught my attention. The condo's general cleanliness is what truly makes the space feel like home, even though it has a fantastic layout and lots of natural light.
