Racist female employee! She worked on April 23, 2023 Sunday at 11:30h at the metro station De La Concorde in Laval. She is in her 50s, white. She is NOT suppose to work in a public place representing any agencies such as STL!nnI brought my 70 yr old mother to this station when she was working at the window. I wanted to ask her how much for my mother to buy a month ticket from Laval. She did not help me. She was very rude and impatient. I asked her again. But she continued being rude and impatient. For that simple question, I did not get any answer!nnCannot believe how come this type of person had a chance working as a customer service rep? We tax payers pay so much taxes to feed her to treat customers like that?nnHer job is not to provide service the the customers. She real job is to enjoy herself, play her Sudoku. What a joke!
