Welcome to Concord Dental's Facebook Page. Our office is a friendly and family-oriented practice that provides various oral health services from regular maintenance visits to Invisalign and implants. We also accept most insurance plans and we bill the insurance directly. Walk-ins are welcome and same day emergency appointments are available. We are also currently accepting new patients! By far the BEST dentist I’ve ever been to! The staff is awesome and very attentive. The best experience and may I add it is a very clean office. I recommend anyone who needs dental work To come here I stand on this which is why my son is now a patient as well
I always have a great experience at this office and today was no exception. My little one had a dental emergency and Autumn was above and beyond amazing. She helped my daughter feel calm and safe through the whole process. Amazing group of people.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! From the moment I walked through their doors until the moment I left I can say that every single staff member of Concord Dental was so warm and welcoming! The treatment they provided was absolutely exceptional and made me feel like I was in the best of hands! Thank you Concord Dental for such an amazing experience
This place is terrible. I called to tell them we were going to be a couple minutes late and when my husband walked through the door, they would not accept my child! They seriously need to change their policy. I understand having a policy in place is good but they also need to have a little bit of leniency because life happens things happen but they do not care. The dentist team is great the customer service team besides the girl at the front desk the younger girl. She’s cool, but the customer service scheduling lady is very rude. They need to reevaluate her. And it’s not just one time she’s been rude multiple times. Do better.
Everyone from the front desk to the doctors are very nice and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I don’t dread going like I typically would going to the dentist. Easily a 5 star establishment
I used to really like this place but their quality of care has gone down tremendously. Their customer service department especially. They cancel your appointment and dont tell you until the day of an hour before, if at all, and dont make it a high priority to ensure you know the time was changed or canceled. They told me the wrong time on the phone and texted me a different time, would not see me even though I was 1 minute passed the grace period despite me calling and explaining I was given the wrong time and was almost there. This is my third time driving 25 minutes to be seen here because I enjoyed their services and walk in the door only to be sent out because the appointment was canceled, the doctor called out, or I was given the wrong time. Nursing department is very nice and informative but scheduling needs to do better.
Concord Dental have a wonderful staff you feel like you’re at home and my needs were taken care of with a timely manner. Thank you so much love you guys to the moon and back .
My first time here and I'm not comfortable with the dentist. The staff was amazing, they all listened to my needs. I had to have a tooth pulled, and I felt nothing!!! This was the best experience I've had at the dentist and I'll definitely go back.
My experience was a really good one the staff and Dr Uberti were excellent very kind and very patient I definitely would refer anyone with any fears of dentist to make an appointment here because you will be pleased
Friendly staff, super clean environment, great team. Everyone is always very professional. I love Concord Dental.
