I went to get highlights and hair cut, but I wasn't happy with the result as the hairdresser didn't cut the way I asked her and I got charged full highlights and when I got home, I checked all my head in the mirror and there was a big chunk at the back of my head that wasn't coloured at all. Never going back

I have been to this salon earlier and was very pleased with my haircut . This time around I got a new hairdresser. She recommended that the current haircut I have is good and I just need a trim which was totally fine. I told her that I had just washed my hair so wouldn't need a hair wash, so far so good. But she thought not having to give me a hair wash meant just sprinkle water on my hair and do the trim. She didn't bother to wet my hair well enough so now the hair has all bounced back and
