first off i went to the front desk and their was a woman there to greet me upon entry i smiled said hello gave my name and my time of appointment she then hesitated couldn't understand or help and had to get someone who spoke English to come and assist me. i asked for a lighter color of hair since my hair was very dark. i was told that a couple highlights would make it look lighter. i got very unnatural looking streaks put in my hair. 140$ later I left the salon looking very similar to as how i came in. i re booked another appointment. i was given additional highlights around m face and was put under a blow dryer to speed up the process. (this technique is old school and destroys hair) as an addition i got bleach put in m shampoo to lighten up the strands that was already given on my first appointment as a result my hair did look lighter but the highlights that were just added around m face were MORE light compared to the rest because she stuck me under a blow dryer.... 5 days later my streaks around my face are so bad very orange and the rest of m hair is brown with orange copper looking highlights. very dispointed!.

love they handle each individual's requests; easy to go and friendly staff; also, I like the full range of opening hours - makes it easy for people working many hours per day.

Tout est dit plus bas!!!!!! Un salon à éviter absolument pour faire couper les cheveux de vos enfants. Non seulement l'accueil est quasi inexistante, mais surtout le Comble c'est qu'il n'hésite pas à faire attendre plus de 40 minutes après le rdv demandé. Et pour finir personnes n'est venu nous voir bien entendu !!! Donc autant dire passé votre chemin ou prevoyer 1h30 pour vous faire coiffer, et avec l'espoir que vous retrouvé votre coiffeuse habituel qui change tout les 6 mois. Pour notre cas on change d'endroit pour les enfants et les adultes. Bon courage au plus téméraire

Wowe meilleur service ever! Service impeccable, réceptionniste souriante et chaleureuse. Staff très divertissent et dynamique. JE VOUS LE RECOMMANDE SANS HÉSITER ....

Les coiffeurs sont excellents. Ils savent trouver une solution aux problèmes ou aux pré occupations. Ils vont régulièrement a des formations. Les conseils sont alors toujours de la dernière technologie (sécuritaires et efficaces). Je recommande a tous types de cheveux de les essayer (du plus droit au plus crépus). J'ai enfin les cheveux a mon gout! :-)
