Concept Dental Centre

I absolutely love the staff at Concept Dental, especially my dental assistant! Even though she wasn't feeling that well and didn't have much of a voice, she was so sweet and not to mention has the BEST chairside manner! I strongly recommend Dr. Rickards and his team!

If you're looking for the best dental experience. You will be totally delighted with your visit to Concept Dental. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the cheerful staff. You will be made to feel at home. They offer free bottled water, juice,coffee and even a healthy snack. The staff takes time to talk to you and answer any questions you may have. I have seen Dr.Appalraju for am implant and crown. Explained everything about the procedure from start to finish. Very caring Dr who is Not there to sell you procedures you don't really need. My implant was done with local freezing and I can honestly say it was a good experience. I would recommend him to anyone. Not only is the staff great and Dr. Appalraj, but in my opinion they are very fair priced. Stand behind all treatments as well. Even an electric toothbrush. I will definitely be going back.

Best dental practice anywhere. Been a customer for many many years. Dr. Rickards works magic and miracles with teeth. Fixing and repairing things that no one else can. Friendly staff and all highly qualified. High tech office with all the latest technology. Highly recommend.

Due to my regular dentist retiring i was due for a clean, i contacted Concept and booked a appointment, i was asked to come early for ''familiarization'' firstly i was given a lecture on how great Dr Rickards is,a massive waste of time, wanted my teeth cleaned, not the life story of a egotist. l was then told i would need a check up and xrays, (at my expense, despite having this done 8mths ago) just to have a cleaning. l am 48 years old, and had my teeth cleaned more times in more places than i can remember, this is the FIRST time i have come across such practice, which to my mind is thinly veiled extortion.

I needed to find a new dentist since moving to Prince George, and I am very glad that I chose Concept Dental. Dr. Rickards and his staff are fantastic - you can tell that they really care about their patients. The office itself is very modern and I was impressed by the level of technology incorporated into the practice. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking an excellent dentist in Prince George.
