We purchased an 18000 BTU Gree unit, the installation went smoothly and the unit has worked great. The installer was informative and very helpful when it came to showing us how to operate the unit. Customer service however is unfortunately another story, we've had to repeatedly reach out with the same request with either no reply, or no follow through, for instance we've been asking about replacement filters for more than two months now, and still haven't received an answer as to how much they will cost us to purchase, or even where we can get them. While the company was great to deal with when making our initial purchase, we still need to purchase two more units and I'm very quickly finding myself reconsidering purchasing through ConAir.
