Very informative, polite and knowledgeable. Had a conversation both on the phone and in person with Mack. Gave some pretty good advice on some issues I was having with some RAM sticks I purchased online and ended up buying a different RAM stick from here instead. Will most definitely come back here in the future for any computer related issues or checking in to see if I can get other products for my computer. Really appreciated the help!
Went to computer Imporium today to get help printing something off my phone. I had know honest clue. Was hooked up instantly and document in hand in less than 5 minutes. So very helpful and friendly. Used my phone and got me what I needed. I went to another place for help and nothing. Left very happy and more so with a wonderful positive expierence. Local yes keep them small up and running. Go check them out.
