Great place for families!
Small heated spa, sauna, separate shower. Negative point: the wall-mounted hairdryer stops with every head movement.
Do not register your children for the swimming day camp. Unprofessional staff and unsafe camp management. The counselors were supposed to supervise their groups in addition to the pool... no one was assigned to supervise the pool only. No camp manager was present, even though it's mandatory according to the city contract. And therefore, no adults. I had to file a complaint with the city to get things changed. After several communications, I was told that it's a camp run by Sodem Inc. and that the manager would make changes following my complaint to improve their services.nnThen, she lied to me and gave me a different version. There was a lifeguard... an adult... and that if there were no swimming lessons, it was because the children didn't want to take them... Really!nThere was no adult or lifeguard when I arrived to ask for an explanation when my 7-year-old son told me; I almost drowned and coughed for a long time. No one pulled me out from under the waterbed, and I finally managed after struggling. Then my instructor checked my pulse, and I went back in the water after coughing for a while longer... We didn't tell my parents. I'm too scared to go tomorrow...nnAll week at camp, no qualified staff were present.nnSummer 2024 Camps...
