On a very cold day the door is locked 15 before my appointment. What a strange practice for a wellness centre. I won’t be back for a pedicure again

Not the greatest, ask to have my legs massages, she said next time .Iam paying for treatment . ill never go back!!

On our girls' getaway weekend to visit and B and B and the area we booked 4 out of 7 of us in at the spa for 2 bio gel manicures, one pedicure and a 45 minute massage. We were told 2 weeks in advance that they could accommodate our numbers. We arrived at the appointed time to be told that there was one girl there, and one girl only, for all 4 of the services we had booked. After it became evident that one manicure was taking a long time, we cancelled the pedicure and the massage. Two manicures took 3 hours long and one girl who had tips added to her nails for the bio gel manicure had a nail come off the same night and one more two days later and two more loose. A very disappointing experience and we won't be back.
