I brought a 12v furnace circuit board , paid 322.99 for it before tax , the service man said nothing about if it wasn't the right part you can't bring it back . That was about 2:00 p.m got it back to the tailor and the guy had the furnace running , I took it right back at 2:10 as it was just down the street and the guy was rude and said no refund . I told him and that it had never been open , 10 minuets from when I got it to when I took it back . He said the owner won't take the part back but never even asked him . We were going to buy a new trailer in a few years but I won't deal with them . The parts department is a joke , just out for your money and don't care about you . Now I have got a new circuit board I can't use , very poor service .Well I just got back from Comox Valley RV dealing with Jim and the so called Owner { wouldn't give me his name } Yes on my bill is says no refundable , I never even looked at it just paid my $361.75 and put in my pocket . Went back to the trailer and the guy said it was the sail switch , went back within 10 min and Jim said look at your bill , he is a liar as he never told me when I brought the part .nOn Amazon the same part is $81.00 with a no problem return , so you know what there mark up is . This guy comes out to the parts department and said he was the owner , old guy with gray hair and a attitude yelling and swearing at me that I put my dealing with them on line { I sure Did }. Jim said he would give me 10% off any parts , why would I want to buy anything from them again . I have never had a so called owner talk to me like the old guy did just so I would walk out and they keep my $361.75 for a part I can get for 81. for Amazon . Enjoy the money you scammed from me and I have let everyone know how you treat good paying customers . I have had other people contact me and said the thing about them { Scammers , enjoy your t-bone steak tonight with my money .nGlenn Evans
We bought a travel trailer here a few years ago. The sales staff seemed exceptional, but we paid full price and they sold us on low monthly financing. we used our trailer once and had battery problems. The heater didn’t last through the night without the battery dying. It was spring and not cold. They sold us a battery upgrade for $600. Then we went camping in the rain a couple months after we bought it and our roof was leaking. They said roof is not covered by warranty which we bought extensive extra warranty. They would not even give us a complimentary roof seal. Sent me to manufacturer to try to get satisfaction, with no such luck.nnWe did go to a different rv dealer who fixed our leaky roof with a reseal. And did the rest of our maintenance as long as we had our trailer. Would never go to Comox valley RV or recommend anyone to deal with this unscrupulous business
During our vacation on the island, our camper broke and was a total loss. Within 2 days, we were able to roll out with a new camper at a great price and be able to finish our trip going back home in Alberta. Thank you very much Todd. Amazing service! Woud be buy from you again!
I had a leak from a blocked evacuation tube from the refrigerator the technician quickly found and fixed. The place where the refrigerator is placed also has plumbing behind it and a roof entrance for the solar panels on top. The whole area was verified to be sure that there was no outside or inside water leaks. They even plugged in the trailer because I couldn’t come right back to pick it up. Thanks to Jim and his staff for the great work. They also had a good number of necessary items for travel trailers on hand if I needed anything.
I’d like to say thank you to all the members of the Comox Valley RV team who helped us in purchasing our new Class B RV. Firstly, I would like to say thank you to Danny for personally driving my family back to the ferry terminal after the valuation of our trade in vehicle. Thank you to Lyndsey in the finance office for assisting us in choosing our extended warranty for our coach. A special thanks to Brian for providing us with a very informative vehicle orientation. And last but not least a thank you to Todd for providing a no pressure sales environment, and for answering all of our questions honestly. This wonderful team of people even found a shady place for us to park our vehicle with our dogs on a hot summer day. We could not be happier with our shopping experience and with the coach that we eventually purchased.
