CommunityWide Federal Credit Union

I have a auto loan with CommunityWide and have had no problems contacting them. Never have I had someone hang up on me nor have I ever had to wait on hold. I’ve even had a few payment that I knew would be late so I called them and explained the situation and they’ve never said on my credit report that it’s late. CommunityWide works with its customers, it’s the customers who don’t want to work with them.

I have been on the phone every day for the past 5 days on hold for over an hour everyday!!! I can not get through to make my payment. Someone answers and tells me to hold and then she is gone. I can’t even make my loan payment, that’s horrible.

This is the first payment I am trying to make on my loan. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. Three times the recording went back to the beginning. Then I was hung up on. I called back and still cannot get a person on the phone. On hold right now for an additional 30 minutes. It just started over AGAIN. You will NOT be able to get in touch with a real life person!!!!!

My two car loans have been marked late 2 months in a row now because I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I have to email them and wait for a call back which takes about 3 emails and two weeks to get someone. Absolute worst customer service out there. This bank is an absolute joke. Stay far, far away. We are selling both of our cars just to get this garbage bank out of our lives.

CommunityWide has terrible phone etiquette....EVERY TIME we make our auto payment it takes several attempts to get through to an employee. Always taking their sweet ass time.
