Product seems ok to me, I like the colour and the profile. delivery was on time and quick, and it was well wrapped to protect it. They estimated wrong and I ended up having to buy more materials. The guy did admit estimating wrong but we didn't get any kind of deal for the extra pieces we needed. Be sure to really go over your quote or estimate the materials yourself. Be aware that they don't take returns on trims either. We ordered a boot for the stovepipe which was over $100, it didn't work with the pitch we had but we are SOL for returns. If you're a big contractor and you do lots of business with them this might be different but for the average home owner you have to dot your "I"s and cross your "T"s and make sure you have what you need!

I have never had any issues with the steel from Community Metal, using it on "many" buildings. Guess we can all get the "odd" poor review. I recommend this company to anyone that can cut and install steel "correctly"

roof started rusting 3 months after installation ,warranty not worth the paper its printed on .the guy who sold me the product no longer works for the company,so now had to deal with kevin, who started out saying they would honor the warranty and replace the metal to no theres nothing we can do , see ya . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
