Last year, they gave me a root canal I asked them to pull the tooth because it was infected. Gave me a root canal anyway. Fast forward to We'd 2/28/18 they pulled the root canal tooth that was completely infected, still. The Dentist sent me out pulled root canal infected tooth, with 600 mg of ibuprofen. 2 days later my mouth is screaming, had to go in rsise hell got 500 mg amoxicillian about 30 pills. Today 3/4/18 I am laying here took my last pain pill, I can't eat, I'm in pain, and this really really sucks, because the pain Comes after the fact. Took a survey said I loved them hated them then loved them , and I hate them again. Find another dentust or go to Sanford. Or go to the hospital.

I would like to start off with how much I like all of the staff minus the scheduling staff. First off I made an appointment weeks ago for my son to get his regular cleaning, they called that morning to cancel the appointment. To just set him with another appointment. Sent a text to my phone saying his appointment was now weeks out. Fine whatever, we would make it work. Then the new appointment date I get a message the day before that they changed the time. By the time that I got the message, as I actually work for a living they were closed. I called in the morning to get it rescheduled, because I had now put in time for work off for two different appointments. For them to just change it on me. To put the icing on the cake they told me they couldn't reschedule it. That would make 2 appointments that I BROKE. What a joke. They stated one was in 2016. Load of crap. I was never a no call no show. Probably another appointment the scheduling staff bungled. I would like to know how your staff canceling and rescheduling appointments becomes my broken appointments.

I went in with an abscessed tooth. I was seen almost right away. I was full of anxiety and I was terrifired. The dental assistant Liz was one of the sweetest people I've met. She always made sure I was comfortable. The only down fall of this place was they let me leave in pain.. I called with excruciating pain a few hours later and I was told to ice it..

They are fine for getting a cleaning but don't expect great work otherwise. Absolutely unprofessional office staff who will never answer your call and often not return it. Rotating young dentists with little experience. The head dentist here replaced my fillings and I was in severe pain for weeks after but she told me I had to wait two months for the sensitivity to go away, and referred me to physical therapy. After two months still unable to drink tap water without searing pain, the other dentist replaced the filling again and it started to get a little better, but he sent me to an endodontist to evaluate whether I needed a root canal because CD didn't have the expertise to do that. So, hundreds of dollars down the drain (even with medical and dental insurance) and I'm worse off than when I started. Also, since I have insurance, they over charged me for the initial filling but left a credit on my account instead of cutting me a check, which I only knew because I had them print my file for me.

I broke a tooth at work around 10:30am, I called and spoke to Liz. She told me to be there at 12:30 and I would be seen at 1:00. I got there at 12:30 filled my paperwork out and was seen at 1:00. My tooth was fixed and I was on my way home at 1:35... I can't thank the staff here enough. Plus I have never been seen here before. I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you all so much!!!!
