One of the prescribers name charity irowin would not listen to me during our interaction as I had just woken up from a nap. I admitted to have dranken ONE NIP HOURS BEFORE OUR CALL and she told me I had a drinking problem. I'm a paramedic of 2.5 years and understand pharmacology very well. However because I was tired having just woken up she refused to prescribe my anti anxiety meds and sleeping meds. I get less than two hours of sleep a night. On top of that she didn't even set up a follow up appointment. ON TOP OF THAT hardly seems to understand basic English. I wanted to rip my head off due to her unprofessional behavior. Clearly she does not understand pharmacology or is new in the field and has made my life hell. I tried to call back to schedule a follow up but the phone rang for over an hour. I am disgusted and disappointed. I will be calling tomorrow to file a formal complaint.

Trying to get help for my mom, never received a call back. Avoid at all costs. Find someplace else. Not worth the heartache.

Completely Unprofessional, the secretaries are very rude, it is constantly assisting them doing their jobs with information they should be aware of or are just not motivated to have the knowledge of things they should be dealing with in various situations. Extremely bad experiences after multiple times in CCBC's Community Counseling of Bristol County "CARE." But only that but it is the main and practically only service available in the area due to mergers and area platforms.

Come to the end first, I sat there for 25 minutes to hear they tried to contact me, when I was contacted before, but number was different now.As I was standing in front of her to sign-in, Casey a receptionist, picked up the phone and started to ask for a camp form for her daughter . So I sat down instead of listening to her business. She took some calls, some told to hold, booked a couple of appointments, as I sat there, I couldn't believe it. When she was done she picked the phone back up and she received and thanked the person on the phone for her camp form. I looked up again waiting for the other receptionist. Then she says are you waiting to check-in. She seen me standing there when she wasn't doing anything before her important camp form in which should be felt with off her work time.

Was treated great during a stay at CCBC crisis center. Very pleasant and respectful staff. However their after care is "they do not care". Treated like just a meaningless number. I suffer from sever depression, self esteem issues, well as currently dealing with homelessness and this place got my hopes up just to let me down. Feel like a fool for thinking they truly cared and would help me through this difficult time.. In all a typical medical center, milk your insurance and once it's dry, tough luck.

I love this place been going for about 10 yrs i think people are so friendly there and i would tell u if u don't go there maybe u should

Great services nice people and you can get help fast

I have never been more frustrated in my life with the wait time on my medications I have not received a call to be check in to see how I'm doing.. ive tried to call in a refill and the call goes straight to an emergency number prompt ... Very disappointed with how low the service is between my appointments and having to go to the pharmacy just to wait an extra 4 days after the pick up date for them to give me my medication ...

THE BEST PLACE EVER TO GET HELP OR ASSISTANCE. THE STAFF MEMBERS THERE ARE SO CARING TO THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE AND COMMUNITY. 10-s FROM ME! THANK YOU SO MUCH KM

Having a family that have been through very traumatic experiences this place has been a wonderful place for us as a family almost all of us go there very professional very friendly and I helped so much the only thing that I have an issue with is there an engagement specialist if you miss an appointment you need to speak with them before you can book another appointment I understand the reasoning behind it however if you have documentation as to why you could not make it they do not take that in consideration it still considered a flat-out no show they never answer the phone and you have to wait for them to call back before you can make more appointments other than that this is an exceptional place to go
