The manager at this branch is the most rudest person I have ever encountered. I have dealt with this manager several times and each and every time he is just horrible. I have witnessed him also do this with elderly customers who are just needing some assistance. The branch needs to take action and not allow its customers to be treated or spoken to the way this manager interacts with the customers.
I received poor service from this branch on several occasions. I was treated with disrespect and contemp no one should experience. In contrast to other CBA branches this one is one to avoid.
Branch Manager Roland I think denied to open an account for my retired father because he deemed that he will not use this account excessively! How come bank and branch manager decide what we do with our money since we are paying $5.00 account fees per month if we don't do over 2k transaction ? I went to Westpac and they opened the account with no issue. I will be making formal complaint and will move my mortgage and salary account to somewhere else .
We asked to open the business account. Both me and my partner are new young business and didnt have enough experience about doing the bussiness account. That's why we wanna book for the advisor, but the teller required us documents? But we didnt know much about the documents how could we brings???

We waited an extremely long time, and only 1 person was working on the counter. Then the lady that served as guaranteed my card would be sent to my new address which then we waited over 11 business days, just rang up and sure enough the lady had sent it to the wrong address old address. Now have to wait another 10 business days for another card to be shipped.
Staff are extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Always willing to lend a hand. Julie is friendly, and is a great manager, and Sam is super friendly - that's just to name 2! I'm not good with remembering names, but all the staff know me, and are very accommodating! I always treat people the way I like to be treated, and when that happens, it doesn't matter if there's a long line, or if someone's having a bad day. Smiles and a kind word go a long way!
Would like to thank Emma for helping us set up a Dollarmite account for our son. She was extremely helpful, detailed and didn't rush the process. We look forward to doing more business with CommBank Orion in the future.
One of the worst branches to deal with waiting times very poor understanding of a customer needs some of us are not high tec we are supposed to no there job Goodna branch good further to travel but not so rude as Springfield the good ones left Springfield sadly
I went in yesterday to set up some new accounts. What a pleasure to deal with a professional bank for a change. The staff were very friendly and Scott who set up my accounts was friendly efficient and made the who process quick and pain free. He gave his business card and told me to not hesitate in ringing if i had any futher questions or needed and further help.Its so great to find a bank where someone has actually treated me like more then a number.
