Large menu, reasonable wait time in line and short wait for food, depending on what you order. I had a roast beef sandwich with cream cheese, which tasted like a roast beef with cream cheese, and my friend, she had a mushroom swiss burger , which she said tasted good, but, was messy from a lot of sauce on the burger . Common Man root beer didn't stand out in taste, but, was okay . Price to size ratio wasn't the best. Tables are regularly wiped down. Recycle bin available. Coffee and pastries available. I am recommending this establishment but be prepared for "sticker shock". If I need to save time and I'm hungry, I will eat here again. I visited Common Man Joe for a White Pumpkin hot chocolate with whipped cream and pieces of chocolate . Tasted good. Sticker shock of course.
Pretty good food for a rest stop essentially. Fries and pizza are awesome, always stop in when I'm traveling through the area and need a quick and consistent bite to eat.Food: 5/5
What a neat little rest stop. Cute country store with a variety of foods both hot and cold. They have vending machines, places to eat, and wicked clean rest rooms. We had gone thru the toll just before the stop and a kind Live Free of Die guy paid our toll! Talk about a welcome! Cute little Apple Cider Doughnut shop with a face in the photo moose and bear near by. Staff were super friendly and helpful without any pressure. Across the street is the wine and liquor store for those who want a low cost booze return. My wife slept thru the entire stop and I was able to have a smoke before jumping in the car. Gotta say, this was a cute first stop in New Hampshire! #RockFromRI
We love this place! Lots of choices and the food is always great! We tried many of their dishes and we loved it every time! The place is warm and friendly! The shop is super cute! Very clean place and bathrooms!
We stopped in for breakfast at 10. Does the website explain that breakfast ends at 10? Or that you can order the breakfast menu at the Common Joe Cafe, which opens earlier that the restaurant? Or that you can't use a CMan gift card for online orders? If it does, I missed it. The food was good, the staff very nice, helpful.Food: 3/5
Very easy to pull into from off the highway. The greeting center offers much NH information. Inside stores include a League of NH Craftsman store, diner, deli, ice cream and convince store as well as a bank . The bathrooms are very clean and have a changing table. The center has a ton of gas pumps and a place to charge your car. A New Hampshire liquor store is located here too. Please note that there is an exact rest area located across the other side of the highway.
My husband brought me several donuts home to try & they where Delicious oh man! You haven’t had a good donut until you’ve had one from here, there donuts are a gold mine. It’s the Apple cider donut with a hot cup of coffee for me

Easy pull in to gas pumps with a Uhaul! The NH a state liquor store along with Common Man Restaurant nook and other eateries are great places to pick up things you might need and be back in the road in 20 min. The common man pizza was surprisingly! Thin crust and tasty!! The liquor store had a whole range of liquors and wines. Even collectable selection l. The bathrooms were large and clean. Easier access from front doors if you need accessibility. Be sure to thank the attendant if they are cleaning because we certainly are. I usually tip a dollar! Well worth having clean facilities. *Note: when leaving gas pumps in low vehicles Please watch for the stop sign that is so high up it’s hard to see if you are watching for pedestrians- they actually need two on this post one low for cars and one high for larger taller vehicles. *I also needed air in a tire - no air pump that I could find - pretty important for a highway stop however if you need air - exit before toll booths northbound and see if Pilot truck stop has pumps. Or call ahead. These are the best rest stops in NH for their size and convenience are Hooksett rests both north side and south side Please note this pizza is similar to what I took to go at common man however I can’t find the image
