Perfectly simple, quaint, clean hotel. Great complimentary breakfast. Excellent service - from the front desk guy to the lady that prepares the breakfast - just wonderful experience overall.
We have stayed here a few times nice place but the bathroom fans and makeup air have never run so unfortunately the bathrooms have humidity control issues and unpleasant smells from other rooms coming through the vents. we have stayed here multiple times over the past few years I believe this is against the ontario building code.
We have travelled and used Comfort Inns several times throughout North America for the last few years and found this to be our least favorite of all of our stays. We were never recognized as gold member going on Platinum members when signing in to the hotel. The A/c unit only worked on manual service and when turned on was so loud you could not sleep. They charge a Hotel service fee and Destination fee of $10 per night for things like parking and towel service??
Rooms are nice and very clean. Well stocked with extra towels which is great especially if using the pool. 24hr gym access. Great service
First time staying at this Comfort Inn. The hotel and the rooms are clean and basic. Continental breakfast is included, but was also very basic. The indoor pool was unexpectedly closed for maintenance, which was a major disappointment for our son. We stayed on a Sunday night at a cost of $273 taxes in. We had originally planned to stay the Saturday night, but the room rate was $120 plus taxes higher! The hotel was decent, but not worth almost $400 for one night!
