What a wonderful stay at comfort Inn!!! Our room was absolutely perfect and clean!!!! The staff was wonderful with us 3 ladies!! We took mom here for a 24 hr watch after her cataract surgery,the staff was really really wonderful and wish we had more friendly people like they were when traveling!!! I'll definitely be staying again when mom has her other eye done !!! I highly recommend this comfort inn and location was perfect !! Thank you comfort inn we all had an amazing sleep in the comfy beds!!
Reasonable rates, great free breakfast.nThe eggs were okay, bacon and potato cubes were good! The sausages were okay but there is room for improvements. You could make your own waffles, toast or have a variety of cereals. Coffee machine was “out of order” the 5 days I was there, lucky me I don’t drink coffee.nBut milk, apple juice, orange juice and even a grape juice was a good variety of drink choices. I believe som water and cold tea also.
Awful hotel have stayed here multiple times for work. The Hotel cancelled my reservation without talking to me.nnThey sent an email saying my card declined - And if I didn’t reply to them within an hour, they would cancel my reservation.nnMy card declined due to fraud since the transaction was actually placed multiple days after I originally made the reservation online - on the website.nnI sent them an email saying I wanted the reservation. They didn’t reply. They didn’t contact me and they cancelled my reservation.nnI will never stay here ever again, Would’ve appreciated a call before cancelling my reservation. Very stressful to book something day of when you realize the reservation you booked weeks ago cancelled on you.nnThey also never bothered to reply to my email - To tell me the reservation I wanted was cancellednnMe or my business will never stay at Comfort Inn suites ever againnn** edit I told them in email my cc was flagged for fraud and will work now if they reprocess and I still wanted the reservation **nnReply - I responded to the email you sent less the. 24 hours after your email saying the credit card would work and to reprocess / you also processed the card over a week after the reservation was made.nnI did not know my cc was declining until I received your email and responded right away.nnWould have also expected a phone call or a voicemail since it was time sensitive and a reservation.nnI called comfort inn customer service and filed an official complaint - it was obvious to me you were just trying to get more money for the room since I had reserved it in a low promo rate.nnComfort inn said they would be investigating your location for bad practises / and I will never stay there again.nnDo better by your guests / and stop trying to scam them.nnI had stayed there 4 days in the last 30 days / I expect you to call a returning customer before sending one email at 7AM giving me 4 hours to reply. This hotel is a SCAM.nnYou caused me an extremely stressful evening because you choose not to use your phone, and call your customers. I do not check my email everyday, if something is time sensitive I expect a call.
By far the worst hotel stay Ive ever had. Ive slept a total of 2 hours because the door lets in way too much light from the hallways, and the fan is SO LOUD! I cant believe it! There's no option to turn off the fan, and we need the heater because its -11C outside. So, now I have to drive two and a half hours with toddlers on two hours of sleep. Fantastic!
I would have given this at least 2 stars, booked my room a few days in advance everything went through showed up after a long day to find out my reservation had been cancelled because they couldn’t accept my credit card. Asked if I could do debit and a deposit and they said they couldn’t accommodate. Never had any issues with any other hotels with my card or with doing a cash deposit. Ended up going down the street to the sheradon down the road, no issues using my credit card here and said they would take a cash deposit either way if the card wouldn’t have worked. Now that is how hospitality works, still haven’t received my refund from comfort inn who knows how long that will take. Terrible service, terrible hospitality.
