Very clean, despite the obviously dated state of the hotel. Staff was polite but hotel was unable to arrange early check in even in advance. The hotel infastructure is very old, chipped bathtub, worn carpets, scuffed walls, dirty stairwells. The usual options for breakfast, quite minimal with hard-boiled eggs that were inedible, a waffle maker and dry cereal, scrambled eggs in warmer and very small selection of toast and bagels. Service in the morning is in a very very small space for eating that leaves some guests to take food to their room as there are few tables. Very convenient 24 hour coffee available. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the room did seem very clean despite the age it appeared. Hotel is walking distance to mall and a few restaurants.

The location of the hotel is good and is located right off of the major road Centennial Pkwy. There is a mall very close by and many places to eat and drink. There is also and LCBO and Beer Store a short car ride away. The rooms are suprisingly nice for the price per night. Breakfast was included and was quite good with waffles, donuts, sausages, scrambled eggs, and hot beverages. Would definitely recommend, the staff you works there is very friendly as well

Looks dated on the outside but rooms were nice. Overnight concierge gave us attitude when asking for toiletries. Complimentary breakfast was decent.

Good 'budget hotel' experience . Courteous service, clean room with coffee maker and accessible electrical outlets, decent bed, ancient a/c (noisy but works great). Good shower pressure. Good breakfast.
